Established in 1989 by committed founders, Mr Kin Chor Ng and Mrs Ponsuk Ng, Sun Hing Diamond co., ltd. has always been determined to manufacture and export diamonds at their finest quality to countries worldwide. With the technologies and knowledge that we have, our factory has the ability to carry out all the processes from cutting rough gemstones to faceting them into polished diamonds. Every stage is meticulously done to ensure each of our diamonds meets the international high standard, guaranteed by our skilled artisans, those with an average of more than 10 years experience in this industry.

After years of hard work, in 1996 our exemplary diamonds were recognized as we were selected to be part of the team to recreate one of the Emerald Buddha’s costumes. It was such a great honor having our diamonds on the decorations of Thailand’s most revered buddha statue.

Even though the company has gained acceptance after the masterpiece, we continued to develop our production to excel in diamond manufacturing. A massive investment has been made in the essential assets of the company, both hardware and human resource, to keep up with the latest technology and knowledge. To strengthen our craftsmen’s skill, they are all regularly trained to the exacting standard. We also realize that the consistency of the products is not less important than their beautiful outcomes. Therefore, a rigorous quality control is conducted in order to maintain the standard and quality of each diamond. Every diamond from Sun Hing is precisely calibrated to perfection, this is to assure customers’ satisfaction. Currently, 95% of our stock is the polished diamonds made in-house, they were cut straight out of the rough diamonds we bought from the certified origins.

As much as we are attentive to the quality of the diamonds, the company stands fast to business transparency. At Sun Hing, our rough diamonds come with the Kimberley Process Certification to verify that the diamonds purchased are “conflict free”, meaning that they are of real natural diamonds. Also, the gems were mined and traded under ethical agreement: no illegal labors, child labors, forced labors or slavery involved.
